i found the staff very helpful. the location was great for accessing many attractions. i appreciated the free coffee and tea available in the lounge.
the room felt a bit small. it had a window facing a brick wall which reduced natural light i found this a little disappointing.

I found the location to be excellent. It was close to major attractions. the room was neat and contained all necessary amenities. the staff demonstrated really good kindness and willingness to help with directions and recommendations.

the location was good (right near central park) and the staff were helpful.
The 'breakfast' was underwhelming, just some muffins and coffee. the room was small, i expected something more spacious. also, the air conditioning unit was loud. It made sleeping difficult (even with earplugs).
